One to one Yoga – (1 hour £45) Includes- Asanas- physical poses, Pranayama- breathing techniques and meditation. 
 
Stress Buster Yoga – (2 hours £80) Allow yourself the time to fully immerse into the practice. In this session, we will target areas we feel need more attention. Whether its emotional or physical stress, this session allows more time to work specifically on healing those areas. (Includes-Asanas- physical poses, Pranayama- breathing techniques and meditation)
 
Meditation (1 hour - £45) Find your inner place of peace and Journey back to your true nature and discover you are awareness. 
 
Pranayama (£25 - 30 minutes) Learn a sequence of breathing techniques by learning to control and manipulating the breath. By bringing more oxygen to the system, you purify and remove stagnant emotions and energy.
 
Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Sequence (£45 - 1 hour) In this session you will learn a flowing sequence of Asanas-physical poses that are linked together. Designed for those who have Yoga experience.

Toussaint Meghie worked as a professional performer since the age of ten and more recently as Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor.

He studied the Inner engineering program with Isha foundation and travelled to Mysore in India where he studied and qualified in Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa flow techniques.

His sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs, working at a pace that is safe and suited for your body. In the session you will practice Asanas (physical poses for the body), Pranayama (purifying and cleansing your subtle energies and emotions) and meditation –medicine for the body, which brings the entire body to a more peaceful, meditative state.  

When you leave his sessions, you will feel lighter, more relaxed, as you work towards bringing union between the physical, mental and emotional bodies, and bring peace back to the self.

Lessons take place at the Thai-vedic massage venue in Crawthew Grove, East Dulwich
